What the job is actually like
No corporate pitch. Here's what you'd be signing up for.
Steady work
Recurring maintenance clients mean consistent hours through the season, not one-off jobs that dry up.
Learn on the job
No prior landscaping experience needed. We teach mowing, edging, bed work and hardscape basics.
Real responsibility
Crew members run their own routes and are trusted to do the job right without someone hovering.
Small crew
You'll know everyone you work with. No corporate layers, no being a number.
Work you can see
At the end of the day the property looks better because you were there. That part never gets old.
Local work
Arlington and Northern Virginia — you're home most nights, not living out of a truck.

We'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong one
Skills can be taught. Reliability and care are harder to train — so those are what we look for first. If you've never mowed a lawn professionally but you're dependable and willing to learn, apply.

Questions before you apply
Not sure whether this is for you? Call William directly — he'll give you a straight answer.
(703) 635-8081Do I need landscaping experience to apply?
No. We're willing to train crew members who show up reliably and take pride in their work. Experience with mowers, trimmers or hardscaping is a plus, but not a requirement.
What does the work involve?
Mostly lawn maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup — along with weeding, mulching, pressure washing, leaf removal and hardscaping depending on the job. Some days are routine, some are heavier projects.
What are the hours?
Work is seasonal and weather-dependent, with longer days through the growing season. Exact hours should be discussed with William as part of the application.
Is this full-time or part-time work?
Availability varies through the year and depends on current workload. Tell us what you're looking for in your application and we'll be straight with you about what's available.
Do I need my own tools or a vehicle?
We provide the equipment for the work. Reliable transportation to get yourself to job sites is important. Let us know your situation and we can discuss it.
How does the hiring process work?
Send your application with your experience and availability. If it looks like a fit, William will reach out to talk through the role and arrange a time to meet.
Do you hire for seasonal help only?
We look at each application on its own. Tell us whether you're after seasonal work or something longer-term and we'll tell you honestly what we can offer.
